Those enormous striped leather totes Demna Gvasalia showed in his debut Balenciaga collection are now hitting retail. You know the ones. Called Bazar bags, they’re synonymous with knock-off shopping along Canal Street in Chinatown, and reminiscent of Phoebe Philo’s fall 2013 collection for Céline (the show that launched a thousand sniffs of cultural appropriation).

So far, only the blue-black model can be found in Balenciaga’s e-store, in two sizes ($1,495 – $1,695), while other colors can be found elsewhere. Although, as they’re the bag for fall, don’t expect them to hang around for long.
