Hooked: Comme des Garçons X George Cox

Jeepers creepers! Comme des Garçons men’s label, Homme Plus, has collaborated with the century-old British shoemaker George Cox on these two-part platform wonders, held together with a stiff elongated tongue, allowing for the removal of the boots’ midsection.

George Cox first found subcultural popularity among the Teddy Boys of the 1950s, and again with the punks of the 1970s, owing to Vivienne Westwood and Malcolm McLaren stocking the label’s unique creepers in their World’s End store.
