Models, designers, singers, celebs, the Biebs. They’re all friends of Carine Roitfeld and they all turned up at the launch party for CR Fashion Book #5 at the Peninsula Hotel. She, in turn, hung out with each and every one of them in what also turned out to be her birthday party. A cake six feet high was rolled out, along with giant jeroboam bottles of Veuve.
