Cara Delevingne Goes to the Movies
Exciting model news: British tabloids are reporting that Cara Delevingne has landed her first lead role in a feature-length film (she had a tiny role in last year’s Anna Karenina), after long making her acting ambitions known. And no, it won’t be a Funny Face remake.
Kids in Love is, predictably, “a drama about hard-partying young Londoner,” says the Daily Mail, directed Preston Thompson, Cara’s friend and son of Barnaby Thompson, who owns the studio where the film will shoot.
If you ask us, it could easily go one of two ways. Either it’ll be a cult classic along the lines of Kids or a disastrous case of shameless nepotism.
