For his men’s relaunch, Haider Ackermann said he was inspired by the tats and off-duty style of male models Jimmy Q and Daniel Bamdad. “I observed their style a lot,” he explained. “They are so immaculate and perfectly dressed. They are very aware of their beauty – their rebellion is their sophistication and this was what I was interested in.” As for the tats: “The poetry of having their life story written on their bodies really touched me. As a person who is in constant search of beauty, I really wanted to pair their unique styles with a certain nobility.”
