Maybe it’s her deadly turn-of-phrase, or maybe it’s her perch at the International Herald Tribune (oh sorry, the International New York Times). No matter how you coif it, there’s something about Suzy Menkes that makes her an icon—and we confess, her wardrobe was not top of our mind either.
