Cheap upholstery jokes aside, it’s unclear what — save for their own good judgment — prompted Vogue.com to crop Kim Kardashian and her Givenchy get-up out of their slideshow of the evening, leaving only her flower-printed arm attached to baby daddy Kanye West.
