When I asked the director of The London Sunday Times award show, in which Rudi was honored, during rehearsals if I could be excused to go to the bathroom, and she said in front of everyone, “Why do you want to take a bhaath?”
What is your most triumphant fashion moment?
Being able to have the photograph of the topless swimsuit not ruin my career.
What do you do when you’re creatively blocked?
Think hard.

Kindness and humor.

Seeing my husband dead.
