Believe it or not, a musical has been made based on the music of Spice Girls. Yes, really. It’s okay though, because that spiciest girl of them all, Jennifer Saunders, wrote it. Which means it will be a smart, self-aware romp. Called Viva Forever, it premiered last night in London, and you’ll never guess who showed up: all the Spices! Except one of them, Victoria “Posh Spice” Beckham, is not like the others, so she posed only with her family, her three boy spices—Brooklyn, Romeo & Cruza (little Harper stayed at home)—as well as Daddy Spice, David. They classed up the joint in all Burberry, while Victoria, it’s presumed, wore her own label. Possessive, that one.
