The Maison Martin Margiela store in Brussels is the latest to be vandalized—oh sorry, tagged—by Kidult, the graffito who’s previously defaced Hermès, Kenzo, Christian Louboutin, and Marc Jacobs. Across the facade is written, in cursive, the word “Love” in black spray paint, on top of what looks like a face in pink. Rather mysteriously, in the lower right corner he ‘s also written “OUR MISERY NOT YOUR’S!” Kidult has stated before he targets houses that use graffiti in their designs (which is bad?) in retribution of sorts—definitely not to get press for himself or anything. But does it count if the person you tag is way more anonymous than you?
