Wouldn’t it be nice if Frank Ocean and male model Willy Cartier (Givenchy, Jean Paul Gaultier) were deeply, madly in love, as some are claiming? Granted, meditating on this pic, from Cartier’s Instagram, of the two sitting in the lotus position could easily give that impression, as could Ocean’s recent Instagram from a GQ party. There’s just one problem with this theory: it isn’t true. Willy Cartier happens to be straight. Sensitive, sweet, soulful and… straight. He will, through a mutual friend, appear in a music video for Ocean, and that’s how they met. But wouldn’t it be nice? (And hey, platonic relationships have been known to evolve.)
