We received an email from Junsuke Yamasaki, editor of Vogue Hommes Japan, stating that the Condé Nast magazine will be folded into GQ Style, in effect ceasing publication after four years in print. The autumn/winter 2012-13 issue will be the last.

The news was confirmed a short while ago in a tweet from Nicola Formichetti, the magazine’s fashion director who created many landmark stories with the likes of Hedi Slimane. One bright spot: a new venture with the same team is apparently in the works.
