Y-3

While Y-3 is on the hot list each season—Yohji Yamamoto is at the helm of the Adidas pairing after all—this time around was extra special as the sportswear brand rang in its 10th anniversary. Any reason to pile on the stripes. The ubiquitous three-stripe motif was seen on almost everything, from tanks and Bermuda shorts to shirt-dresses and, naturally, sneakers.

But guests were in for a surprise as tropical floral prints emerged in bold hues of orange, pink and ocean-blue. The busy prints emblazoned windbreakers, long tank dresses and men’s button-ups, providing a welcome splash of color amid the ubiquitous blacks and whites. But perhaps the biggest spectacle of all was found not on the runway, but sitting front row in the form of longtime supporter David Beckham, much to everyone’s delight. Talk about a score.
