Liberty Ross Is Exporing All Her Options
Hell hath no fury like a former model scorned. In the midst of the tween melodrama that is Kristen Stewart and Rupert Sanders’ affair to forget, there appears to be a silver lining for the director’s wife, Liberty Ross.
Fashion observers will remember Ross as the millennial model who starred in campaigns for Burberry and Jil Sander, and walked for the likes of Fendi and Louis Vuitton. She also appeared in spreads for British Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar, and memorably shared the cover of The Face with Kate Moss in 2000.
Some years ago Ross left London for L.A., where the 33-year-old mother has been living with Sanders and trying her hand at acting. She’s had varying degrees of success, most notably minor roles in Madonna’s W.E. and Snow White and the Hunstman (directed by her husband, yes).
By all accounts, Ross has been taking Sanders’ betrayal in stride, attending the L.A. premiere of Lawless sans hubby and wedding ring. At the same time, however, she’s let it be known she isn’t going to rush to judgment or let the tryst necessarily be the twilight of her marriage.
And now for the silver lining. In a show of support from the industry, movie roles have reportedly been pouring in—and she isn’t taking any of them for granted. A source told Radar Online: “The scripts have been flooding in, and she has already received audition offers on the back of Rupert’s affair.”
