How to Make Grace Coddington and Kate Moss Burst Into Laughter

Contrary to popular myth, fashion shoots can be exceedingly tedious. Typically they consist of vast stretches of nothing-to-do, punctuated by slightly less mundane moments of steaming-the-clothes or fixing-the-camera. No surprise that the crew are talent are grateful for a burst of hilarity. One such burst—or in this case, fit—happened on the set of photographer Tim Walker’s tribute to the Ritz Paris, in the current April issue of Vogue. Grace Coddington and Kate Moss lost it when corset-maker, and student of Mr. Pearl himself, Gabriel Moginot was laced into one of his own creations. Alas, the shot didn’t make it into the magazine, but they’ll always have Polaroid.
