Rag & Bone
David Neville and Marcus Wainwright took inspiration from the English countryside for their latest Rag & Bone men’s collection. Fans of the duo’s military style will find plenty to covet in flannel trousers and shearling trim outwear, but this season they threw in a few doozies for their loyal fans. Horizontal stripes in varying widths accentuated trousers and jackets—not a look for the demure, but the idea really took in a double-breasted coat, striped in white, scarlet and burgundy. We wager there are plenty of stylish gents willing to make the investment in statement outerwear. Black-to-red ombre and dizzying floral print were just a few of the other ideas the designers were experimenting with this season. The message was crystal clear: take chances.
