Kate Moss Weds in Galliano
If there’s anything Kate Moss attracts more than rock stars, it’s the boulder-sized controversy surrounding her every move. Be it her make-out sess with transgender model Lea T. for the cover of Love, her infamous cocaine video (although we’re still not sure what the big deal was), or her rocky romance with the bloke from The Libertines, the global muse is nothing short of provocative. So when it was confirmed that her boho-style wedding gown was a Galliano, it was less shocking than the fashion world put on, mostly because it was expected—rumors have been swirling for months—but also because they’re great mates. It would seem, however, the bride’s new man, The Kills’ Jamie Hince, wasn’t convinced. Hince and bandmate Alison Mosshart wore Yves Saint Laurent, styled throughout the day by YSL’s creative director Stefano Pilati himself. John Galliano was nowhere to be seen, but we have a feeling the night didn’t end as the Royce’s drove away.
