Noritaka Tatehana, Maker of Those Heelless Shoes for Lady Gaga, Is Back With More

Noritaka Tatehana, the Japanese designer of heelless, vertiginous, death-defying platforms who was propelled into orbit (not unlike his shoes) when Lady Gaga began wearing his avant-garde creations a year ago, is back with more art for the feet. And this time it has horns—or is it thorns? Tatehana’s complete 2011 collection, Phantom, is now on view at Trading Museum Comme des Garçons, 2F GYRE Bldg 5-10-1 Jingumae Shibuya, Tokyo.
