Glenn O’Brien Reads Hilarious Passages from His New Book

In his rather hefty new book, How to Be a Man: A Guide to Style and Behavior for the Modern Man (Rizzoli), Glenn O’Brien pens thirty years worth of hilarious, provocative, sometimes anthropological takes on a wide range of topics, from the dangers of neckties to the evolution of shaved bush. Here, exclusively for Hint, the renowned culture scribe, GQ’s style guy and former Factory denizen recites a few of the more side-splitting, head-scratching passages. (If you’re wondering why he isn’t reading from the actual book, it’s because it wasn’t yet printed at the time the video was taken. But it’s available now, we just got ours.)
