This is the trailer for Animal Charm, a dark, twisted, campy, low-budget comedy by UK director and Giles Deacon collaborator Ben Charles Edwards, to be released this summer. With the main costume designed by Vivienne Westwood, the film follows a deranged, vengeful ex-fashion mogul with a lust for fur. The cast includes Sadie Frost (Bram Stoker’s Dracula), Sally Phillips (Bridget Jones’s Diary), and Michael Urie (Ugly Betty). And, in an eyebrow-raising role reversal, it stars Boy George as a less-than-amused cop. Talk about Karma Chameleon. It’s nice to know Boy has a sense of humor about a certain incident involving a male escort and New York’s finest.
