Girls are about to have a lot more fun this spring with new, spruced up diffusion lines from two of our faves. First off, the master of all things body-con and webby, London designer Mark Fast has enlisted Roitfeld scion Julia Restoin-Roitfeld to consult on his sassier Faster line. Taking a cue from main collection, the line taps into that signature Roitfeld smolder, churning out playful, sexy knitted pieces at even sexier price points. Of course, this is no Lindsay celebrity endorsement, but a meeting of the minds that doesn’t shy away from flashing a bit (or a lot) of skin. We think momma would be proud.

Meanwhile, over in Hollywood, Band of Outsiders’ Scott Sternberg celebrated his new L.A. studio with an intimate dinner—and the buzz was all about his new diffusion line Girl, the little sister to his tailored women’s line, Boy. No sneak peek yet, but Girl promises to have a more antique, heirloom quality to offset Boy’s masculine tailoring. We’ll keep you posted on the birth, but in the meantime keep those cigars handy.
