Bookworms rejoice! The latest installment of Printed Matter’s NY Art Book Fair opens on Thursday at PS1. We know what you’re thinking: Do I really need to go to Queens to thumb through dusty copies of old books? Short answer: this isn’t that kind of book fair.

Enlisting partners like Opening Ceremony and The Standard, this fair offers an endless assortment of rare books, publications and collectibles, ranging from artist books like Scott Treleaven’s dreamy tomes to some real fashionable treats (so if you’re still kicking yourself for not snapping up that sealed copy of Madonna’s SEX book, this might be the place to make up for it). There’s also a series of special performances, zine swaps, and exhibitor projects, which should keep every book nerd and art-school kid occupied for the weekend.
