Now that Amy Winehouse’s music career has been put on the crack, er, back burner, these days the beehived chanteuse appears to be getting her creative fix through fashion. Winehouse’s Fred Perry collab hits stores this season, though it’s hard to gauge just how involved the singer was in the design process. “We’ve pretty much done like up to autumn/winter 2012,” Winehouse tells Harper’s Bazaar. “I’m like, ‘Have we?’ Yeah!” The author notes the singer gulped a glass of wine mid-shoot, subsequently undergoing an upswing in mood. Finally seated, slurping soup, Winehouse says she was honored that Fred Perry chose to work with her, though she doesn’t consider herself a style icon. “I don’t think that’s true. I just dress like … I’m an old Jewish black man.” Mazel Tov, Amy!
