Designer Quote: “The collection was inspired by a photography exhibition I saw about Congo. It showed old black-and-white pictures from the 1920s to the 1940s of traditional clothing with Western influences. Congo used to be a Belgian colony and this year they celebrated the 50th anniversary of their independence.”
