Agyness Deyn Rocked a Mohawk at Giles
Selective supe Agyness Deyn walked only her second show of the season, following Alexander Wang with a colorful turn opening for Giles Deacon. In lieu of the slicked-back boyish ‘do she rocked in New York, our fave pixie went quasi-punk this go-round, sporting a mohawk administered backstage. Aggy was clearly the exception to the rule, however, since every other mannequin worked long, wavy tresses. Why she agreed to the impromptu coif remains unknown, but the more important question now being asked is if Giles might just make Gotham his next pit stop. Rumor has it the London-based designer, who’s previously shown in Paris, will take his namesake collection to New York. Maybe he’ll shack up with Aggy, who happens to have an apartment in the East Village.
