We’re particularly smitten with the latest incarnation, hitting stores any day now. Definitely worthy of some fireworks, the Balmain II re-imagines the classic aviator in several gilded options, merging classic Old World decadence with sturdy American edge. Of course, you might have to pawn some royal jewels to get your hands on them, with their retail price of $595. But at least you know they won’t fall into the wrong hands—you can’t afford them to.
