It’s been ages since we trekked to the cineplex, but some of our favorite people are giving us a good reason to do so soon. Angel-faced lensman Ryan McGinley is apparently mulling a feature film project, even taking to reading scripts (if you care to submit one). Meanwhile, the art world’s Sonny and Cher, James Franco and Kalup Linzy, brought down the house at last night’s MOCA performance and taping for General Hospital, setting the stage for Linzy to finish his own feature film project, which we can only hope is another campy musical with Franco. And finally, Hollywood’s newest auteur, Tom Ford, let slip that he’s working on a follow-up to A Single Man. No details yet, but we’re picturing something fastidiously fashionable with a suspiciously attractive cast.
