Louis Vuitton and the Next Art Crop

As we very well know, Louis Vuitton offers much more than monogrammed Speedy bags. The luxury powerhouse has developed quite a romance with contemporary art, offering world-class exhibitions, as well as collaborations with the likes of Takashi Murakami and Stephen Sprouse. But now the LV is going a step further, nurturing the next generation of fledgling talents with their latest endeavor, the LV Young Arts Project (launching 2011). In collaboration with five of London’s leading art galleries, the program aims to mentor youngsters in the fine art of navigating the art world, offering unprecedented access to museums, curators and Brit’s finest artists. No word if Damien Hirst will be providing diamond skulls for all.
