Your First Look: STAGES at Art Basel

Debuting at Emmanuel Perrotin Gallery in Paris, followed by a showing at Deitch Projects in New York, STAGES—the global art exhibit created by Lance Armstrong and Nike to raise funds and awareness for the LIVESTRONG® Global Cancer Campaign—is now heading to Art Basel Miami for its finale (O.H.W.O.W. Gallery, December 4-6). The twenty original artists—i.e. Ed Ruscha, Cai-Guo Qiang, Richard Prince, Catherine Opie, Christopher Wool, Tom Sachs—who donated generous amounts of time and creativity to help get the message out will be joined by the L.A.-based Clayton Brothers, Erik Parker and Tomoo Gokita. In these videos, artists Kenny Sharf, Kaws and Shepard Fairey talk about their involvement.
