The Convenient Truth

Art can be so inconvenient sometimes. Thank goodness for the Art Convenience Store, launching September 21 at Colette. Based on the idea of a souvenir from Tokyo, the project celebrates the (mobile) art and culture of Japan through collaboration: Hiroshi Fujiwara x Frixion pens, Jun Takahashi of Undercover x Gimbis biscuits Chitose Abe of Sacai x Sanrio, Nobuhiko Kitamura of Hysteric Glamour x Snoopy, Medicom Toy x André. After Paris, Art Convenience Store travels to New York (Uniqlo) and London (Dover Street Market).
